CAN I PAY VIA INVOICE?

Yes, we are happy to provide an invoice to either yourself or your company. Please contact georgina@qualified-education.co.uk with details of the course you wish to study and details for your invoice.

CAN I PAY IN INSTALMENTS?

Unfortunately, instalment payments are not currently available. 

ARE YOUR COURSES ACCREDITED?

The Professional Recognition Awards are accredited by City & Guilds. We are an approved City & Guilds centre. 

CAN I COMPLETE THE ASSESSMENT ON PAPER?

 Our online e-portfolio provides simple, efficient and secure access to resources and assessment. We will provide any support you need to upload your work.

On special request, evidence can be submitted on paper. However, we strongly encourage the use of technology. 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE THE COURSE?

You have 12 weeks to complete your qualification. Your timeline starts from the date of your induction with your assessor. If you are not ready to start your course, please delay your payment until you are ready to begin.

 

Your induction should take place with 10 working days of your payment being received.

You can request to extend your deadline and, where possible, we aim accommodate requests. However, due to assessor workload and associated costs, we cannot guarantee that we can continue to support you after your 12-week deadline. Any extensions are at the discretion of the Centre Director.   

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CHANGE MY MIND OR I HAVE CHOSEN THE WRONG LEVEL?

We start processing your application immediately so please contact us with any questions before you apply or pay for the course.

 

We do not offer refunds for any of our qualifications.

If you have paid for a course and, after induction or starting the assessment, you and your assessor agree that you are studying the wrong level we will amend the difference and ensure you are on the right course.

 

We will either refund the difference between the two levels and place or we will invoice you for the additional cost.

CAN INTERNATIONAL LEARNERS STUDY WITH YOU?

Yes, we welcome international students from all backgrounds. City & Guilds qualifications are recognised internationally and are an excellent way to demonstrate your skills and expertise.

 

All payments must be made in GBP.

Unfortunately, we cannot post paper copies of certificates to international learners. On completion of this qualification, all learners will receive an e-certficate from City & Guilds. These are recognised by Ofqual and can be easily verified by employer. See here for full details:

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY CERTIFICATES?

Learners who reside in the UK will also receive a paper copy of their certificates. 

​

Unfortunately, we cannot provide replacement certificates should paper copies get lost or go missing. Replacement paper copies can be ordered directly from City & Guilds.
