CAN I DO MORE THAN ONE COURSE AT A TIME?
You CANNOT study two funded courses at the same time.
However, once you have completed one qualification, if we still have funding available, you can move straight on to the next one once you have received the certificate for the first.
In total, you can study up to 4 fully funded courses. However, you can only study one at a time.
CAN I PAY IN INSTALMENTS?
Unfortunately, instalment payments are not currently available.
WHAT AM I BEING CHARGED FOR?
A small charge admin charge is associated with each of our funded courses to cover basic admin. This charge is £19.99 for all funded courses and is non-refundable. If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, you will not be refunded if you apply.
Learners who do not meet the eligibility criteria for funding, will be charged the full cost of the course. The price charge includes everything you need for your course, including resources, registration, assessment, and certification. There are no additional charges associated with any of our courses.
WHY ARE YOUR COURSES SO CHEAP?
We are very fortunate to receive funding through the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and work in close partnership with United Colleges Group to ensure we are able to access government funding on behalf of our learners.
However, it's always worth remembering that funding doesn't last forever so get it while it's available.
ARE YOUR COURSES ACCREDITED?
All our courses are accredited through Ofqual and nationally recognised by schools and employers.
We work with various awarding bodies including NCFE CACHE, TQUK and City & Guilds.
Each qualification has the logo of the accrediting awarding body on the page and details can be found in the 'Qualification Specification' section for each qualification.
CAN I COMPLETE THE ASSESSMENT ON PAPER?
We try and ensure that everyone's needs are catered for but the simple fact is that it is more cost effective for us to provide online resources and assessment.
On special request, we can supply you with paper assessments. However, you should note that assessment of your qualification will be much less efficient and the overall process will be significantly slower. You will be expected to post your completed work to us for assessment.
WHAT IF I AM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR FUNDING?
If you have paid for your course and, upon receiving your completed funding paperwork, we cannot fund you, we will contact you to discuss your options. We will not refund the £19.99 admin fee. It is your responsibility to check if you are eligible before applying.
Funding rules are strict and we are not able to change the rules. Please check with us first if you are unsure if you meet the criteria.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
The admin fee for funded courses is non-refundable. We start processing your application immediately so please contact us with any questions before you apply.
If you have paid for a non-funded course and change your mind before you start AND before any paperwork, book or logins have been received, you will be refunded the full amount. If you have received paperwork, books or login details, you will NOT be entitled to any refund.
WHAT IS THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA TO RECEIVE FUNDING?
For 2021/22, to be eligible for funding from the ESFA, you must:
Be over 19 at the start of the course.
Have lived in the UK or EEU for the past 3 years and have a right to live and work in the UK
Live in England and NOT in any devolved areas listed below.
Not be receiving any other funding through the ESFA (for example on an apprenticeship programme)
Be employed in the UK and earning less than £17,384.50 per annum
You must be able to provide the required evidence to prove your identification, residency and employment status.

Greater London, Greater Manchester, Greater Birmingham & Solihull, Coventry & Warwickshire, Black Country, Liverpool City Region, Cheshire & Warrington, Tees Valley, West of England (Bath, NE Somerset, Bristol, South Gloucestershire), Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, Sheffield (inc, Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham), North East (Newcastle upon Tyne, North Tyneside, Northumberland)
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I HAVE BOUGHT MY COURSE?
Once we have received your enrolment, you will be sent funding documentation and other course information to the address you have provided. You should receive this within 2-5 working days. Once you have completed the funding paperwork, please return to us using the envelope provided.
When we have received your paperwork and confirmed your eligibility you will receive notification of your eligibility and login information. You will be able to start your course immediately. Your assessor will contact you to support you at the start of the course and throughout.
If you have requested paper resources, please allow 2-5 working day for these to be posted to you.

You will receive your Welcome Pack and login information within 2-5 working days. Your assessor will contact you to support you at the start of the course and throughout.
